Parking

Please let us know where we should park a van and several cars for the duration of filming. If your facility does not have a parking lot with enough space for our crew fleet, please provide as much information as possible regarding street parking and/or parking garage options. If the only all-day parking options are not within the immediate vicinity of your facility, please let us know if there is a spot near the Load-In Point in which we can temporarily park to move equipment.

Load-In/Out Points

On most filming days, we transport our gear in and out of your facilities using large rolling carts. Therefore, identifying a route from our vehicles to your facility with minimal curbs and steps is ideal. If possible, we also prefer large or double doors with ramp access.

Home Base

Home Base is a designated area in your facility where we store equipment and personal belongings, charge batteries, back up footage, and take short breaks, including lunch. Ideally, this room should be lockable and/or monitored by your staff when we are not present. On days when we are filming interviews in a large single location all day, we typically use that space as our Home Base. Common Home Bases include small employee offices, conference rooms, and unused classrooms.

Crew Break/Lunch

For full-day 10 hour shoots, our crews take a one-hour lunch break around midday. We are flexible with the timing to accommodate the filming schedule. Typically, we take breaks and have lunch at Home Base, but we can adjust the location if necessary. We welcome suggestions for local restaurants that can deliver food to your facility. If there are specific food delivery instructions due to security reasons, please inform us.
